SHE LOST 89 KILOGRAMS IN 18 MONTHS, AND CHANGED ONLY ONE THING IN HER DIET


The following article is actually an inspiring true story about a young woman with strong will and dedication. She was obese and at one point in life she even weighed 150 kilograms. At only 17 she got pregnant which made her problem even bigger. She started eating more and more and gaining more weight. Every doctor she saw told her the same thing. If she continued the pace she wouldn’t live for more than a year. This revelation forced her to take immediate action which changed the entire course of her life.
She finally understood that she was fighting for her life and needed to turn things around. The main problem was the junk food she ate every day. In order to prevent further complications, she started eating a healthy diet and gave up eating junk and processed food completely. She ate healthy snacks instead of chips and sodas and lost an astonishing 89 kg. in only 18 months!

Breakfast: A little bacon with peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and two eggs.
Lunch: Baked or boiled potatoes with chilli.
Snack: Fruit or yogurt.
Dinner: Spaghetti or macaroni with low fat cheese and tomato sauce
When she was overweight, the woman had difficulties while walking and she suffered from intense back pain by the age of only 30!
