USE HONEY TO FADE SCARS, DELAY SKIN AGING, AND STOP HAIR LOSS

The honey is an amazing and very beneficial ingredient for the skin that can treat skin problems like dark circles under the eyes, dry patches and acne. It is an easy, cheap and effective solution to many beauty woes that affect number of women.
Honey has antibacterial, antiseptic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In this article we are going to give you some use of honey you must know:
Here are seven benefits of honey for the hair and skin:
-It fades the scars
Scars are unsightly and can be hard to treat. However, honey can effectively lighten the skin in the affected area and minimize the appearance of the scars. Actually, honey will regenerate your skin cells and speed up the healing of the scars, leading to a smooth and soft skin.
Simply mix some honey with extra-virgin coconut oil and then massage the mixture gently on the affected area of the skin. Put a warm cloth over and allow the mixture to act until it cools down. This process should be repeated twice a day until the scar disappears.
-It treats psoriasis
The psoriasis is autoimmune disease that causes symptoms like lesions, blisters, itching and redness. The honey soothes the inflamed area of the skin and protects from infections. A 2203 study showed that the topical application of honey on the area that is affected can cure dermatitis and psoriasis vulgaris.
Mix one tsp. of honey, beeswax and olive oil and warm it so the beeswax can melt. Then, stir it until it is cooled down and apply it on the affected area every day until you get the wanted results.
-It heals wounds and cuts
Honey is an effective antibacterial agent which can draw fluid away from the area and prevent infections. This will result in significantly reduced risk of infection. A study conducted in 2013 showed that honey is great as a topical treatment for minor wounds, but it’s not effective for chronic wounds. We recommend using Manuka honey for minor cuts and wounds.
-It fights acne
Excessive oil secretion and dust trapped in the skin pores results in acne. The antibacterial properties of honey are very useful for treating acne and preventing infections. Just put some honey on the affected ski area, let it act for 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Feel free to add some cinnamon to the honey; in this case, leave the mixture on the affected area for 5 minutes.
-It delays the aging process
The honey is rich in antioxidants that keep the body protected from the free radicals. It also keeps the skin hydrated and makes it glow.
Mix equal amounts of fresh lemon juice and honey and apply it on the neck and face. Leave it to dry. Then, rinse with warm water. You can repeat this two times per week for best results. You can also make a mixture of two tbs. of honey and avocado pulp and apply it on the neck and face. Wash it off after thirty minutes. Use it once a week.
-It stops the hair loss
A lot of people have a really big problem with hair loss. They have tried a lot of solutions but they either don’t work or are quite expensive. Honey is one really effective solution for this problem because of the germicidal and fungicidal properties that can stop the hair loss and stimulate the growth. You should leave this remedy to work only 30 minutes and wash your hair regularly. Mic a tablespoon of honey and onion juice and massage it on your scalp. Repeat this process twice a week.
On the other hand, to stimulate the growth of the hair, mix honey and yogurt and use it as a mask for your hair. Keep the mask on your hair for 30-40 minutes and then wash your hair. You should repeat this process 2-3 times a week in order to see results.
-It makes the hands really soft
Honey can help you deal with the problem of dry and rough hands. Simply rub some honey on the dry patches and the leave it to act for 10-15 minutes before taking a shower. Then, apply a moisturizer. Repeat this process daily until you see positive results.
